Email reply generator
The hard part of a reply is rarely the words — it is starting. Paste what you received, say what you want to convey, and edit a draft instead of staring at an empty box.
What you paste is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer and is not stored by Mailbind — not in a database and not in a log. Do not paste anything you would not send to a third party, and remember that a machine-written draft has to be read before it is sent.
How to get a draft worth editing
The quality of the draft depends almost entirely on the second field. “Yes, Thursday at three works, and ask them to send the brief first” produces a usable reply; an empty intent field produces a polite non-answer, because the model has nothing to be specific about.
Three words are enough. The point of the intent is to tell the model what you have decided, so that it only has to do the part you did not want to do: the greeting, the ordering, the sign-off, and the language.
- The draft is written in the language of the message you paste.
- A tone — friendly, professional or concise — changes the register, not the content.
- A first name in the “sign as” field is used for the sign-off and nothing else.
- Up to 6,000 characters of received message, and 400 of intent.
Read it before you send it
This is not a formality. A model will invent a plausible detail — a date, a price, an attachment it thinks you sent — because a reply reads better with one. It will also agree to things more readily than you would. The draft is a first version, not an outbox.
That goes double for a reply in a language you do not read. If you are answering an Arabic message in Arabic and cannot check it, either have someone read it or keep the reply short enough that a mistake is obvious. Mailbind’s terms say the same thing in fewer words: reread a draft before sending it.
Nothing you paste is stored by Mailbind — not the message, not the intent, not the draft. The text is sent to our AI provider to produce the draft and kept nowhere here. There is a budget of ten drafts an hour from one place.
What it will not do
- It will not send anything. There is no mailbox behind this page and no account involved.
- It will not know your history with the sender, your prices, your availability or your contract.
- It will not sign with a full signature — use the signature generator for that.
- It will not refuse on your behalf gracefully: a difficult no is still a sentence you should write yourself.
Inside Mailbind it knows more
A draft produced from a paste has only the paste to work from. In the product, the same feature works on the thread — the last several messages, in order, with their dates and senders — and signs with your own first name, so the result needs less editing. It also arrives when you open the message rather than when you remember to come here.
And it leaves from the right address: Mailbind replies from the mailbox that received the message, through that account’s own server, which is the part no draft generator can do for you.
Common questions
Does it send the reply?
No. It produces text you copy. There is no mailbox connected to this page.
What language will the draft be in?
The language of the message you paste, which is usually what you want when answering someone.
Is what I paste stored?
No. It is sent to the AI provider to produce the draft and kept nowhere by Mailbind.
Do I need an account?
No. Every tool here works without signing in, and none of them asks for your mailbox password — they work on a domain name or on text you paste.
