Trials, cancelling and what happens on Free

Pro and Team start with a 14-day trial; nothing is charged before it ends and we remind you three days before. Cancel any time from Team → Billing & plan: the plan stays active until the period you paid for ends, then the workspace moves to Free.

On Free, two mailboxes of your choice stay active and the others pause — their mail stays readable, nothing new arrives or sends, nothing is deleted. Upgrade again and they resume.
