Invoices and VAT

Team → Billing & plan shows your plan and your payment history. Every payment is confirmed by email as soon as it goes through. For an invoice, email support from the Help page and we will send it to you. Mailbind is sold by a French micro-entreprise under the VAT franchise, so no VAT is added for anyone: "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI". Add your company name, address and VAT number under Billing details so they appear on your invoice.
