Export everything
One zip with one .mbox per mailbox, contacts, signatures, rules and settings.

Settings → Your data → Request export. A worker packs everything into a .zip and emails you a link valid 7 days: one .mbox per mailbox (readable by Thunderbird, Apple Mail and most clients), contacts.vcf, and JSON files for signatures, templates, rules, labels, saved searches and settings.
